1. User-Generated Content (“UGC”)

Any content you post or upload using the Vorbixs Hashtags, Handles, or Platforms—such as your name, usernames, text, images, videos, likenesses, graphics, logos, photographs, GIFs, or any other materials—is collectively considered “UGC” under this policy.

2. Rights You Grant Us

By sharing UGC through the Vorbixs Platforms or using the relevant hashtags or handles, you grant Vorbixs a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable (unless you notify us otherwise), transferable, worldwide license (including the right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and remove your UGC on any media for any purpose, including promotional and advertising uses.

3. Your Responsibilities

By sharing UGC, you confirm that:

1. You own all rights to the UGC or have permission to share it.
2. You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured in the UGC.
3. If those individuals are under 18 years old, you confirm that you are either:
   a) the parent or legal guardian, or
   b) have obtained express parental/legal guardian consent for their appearance and for submission to Vorbixs Platforms.
4. Your UGC does not infringe on any third-party rights, laws, or regulations.

4. Waiver of Rights

You (and any applicable third parties) irrevocably waive all moral rights and similar rights in your UGC concerning its usage by Vorbixs.

5. Data and Privacy

Any personal data included in your UGC will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and this UGC Policy.

6. Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vorbixs (and its authorized representatives) from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from the use of your UGC, including claims from third parties.

7. Changes to This Policy

Vorbixs reserves the right to update this policy at any time. We recommend reviewing it regularly before tagging or uploading content.
